Building Future Leaders Through Partnership: Earth Peace Action Supports the 3rd Leadership and Mentorship Summit

On 22 May 2025, Earth Peace Action (EPAc) partnered in the delivery of the 3rd Leadership and Mentorship Summit organised by the INVENT Project in Akure, Ondo State. Hosted at Fiwasaye Girls’ Grammar School, the summit brought together students, educators, counsellors and volunteers to encourage leadership, mentorship and purposeful career development.

The event formed part of a wider initiative that connected young people with guidance and opportunities to think critically about their futures. One of the central discussions focused on the need to restore the dignity of the teaching profession and inspire a new generation to appreciate the role teachers play in building individuals and society.

Representing EPAc, Founder and Executive Director Cephas Amoaior joined other counsellors, teachers and volunteers in supporting the summit’s mission to engage and inspire young people.

Partnership That Creates Opportunities

EPAc’s involvement reflects our belief that meaningful youth development requires collaboration. By working alongside organisations such as the INVENT Project, we contribute to initiatives that expand young people’s access to mentorship, leadership development and career guidance.

We value partnerships that bring complementary strengths together to create practical opportunities for young people. The summit demonstrated how collaboration among organisations, educators and volunteers can help young people broaden their perspectives and make more informed decisions about their futures.

People, Planet, Purpose: Together for Humanity.
